The Yellow Trucks Are Back in Town

 

A portion of the old Cott Bottling plant on Welton Street in Hamden is getting a facelift.  ServiceMaster Restoration Services, a locally owned and operated franchise of ServiceMaster Clean, has made 10,000 square feet of office and warehouse its new home.  With a fleet of bright yellow trucks, and a crew of certified restoration technicians and craftsmen, ServiceMaster Restoration Services is ready to respond to any emergency from water and smoke clean-up to total reconstruction—24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

This new franchise of the ServiceMaster Clean network is owned by Guilford residents Demie and Drew Kufta who are no strangers to franchise operations or the disaster restoration industry.  Demie, who is the president of the company,  was formerly the assistant controller of one of the Northeast’s largest real estate franchises.  Drew has thirty years of construction experience, the last fifteen of which concentrated on insurance restoration and reconstruction.
